Provenance Homes is an independent residential builder working across the Wakatipu Basin and the wider Otago region. It is led by Micky Montgomery, a Licensed Building Practitioner with over twenty years in the industry. Project intake is limited to a small number of builds each year. The person who prices your build is the person running your site.
